Terms of Service

By registering on Seven Promise Matrimony, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to marry under Indian law to create a profile on Seven Promise. You may only create a profile for yourself, not on behalf of another person. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.

2. Account Registration & Verification

You agree to complete the KYC identity verification process by providing valid government-issued photo identification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Seven Promise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or are found to contain false information.

3. Permitted Use

Seven Promise is a matrimonial platform intended strictly for the purpose of finding a life partner for marriage. You agree not to use the platform for casual dating, solicitation, business promotion, or any illegal activity. Commercial use of any kind without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Profile Content

You are solely responsible for all content in your profile. Photos must be recent, clear, and of yourself. You may not post photographs of other individuals without their consent. Seven Promise reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these terms without notice.

5. Communication Standards

All communication on the platform must be respectful and in good faith. Harassment, abusive language, sexual solicitation, or threatening behaviour will result in immediate account suspension. Do not share personal contact information through the platform until you are confident in the other party.

6. Subscription & Payments

Premium memberships are charged in advance. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated. Seven Promise does not guarantee a successful match or marriage. All subscription fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

The Seven Promise name, logo, platform design, and proprietary matching algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Seven Promise Matrimony Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or use these without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seven Promise provides a platform service only and is not responsible for the actions of its members. We do not conduct criminal background checks. You agree to exercise your own due diligence when meeting people from the platform. Seven Promise's liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for your subscription.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
