General Policy

Seven Promise Matrimony provides a digital service that includes access to a private database of verified profiles. Once a premium subscription is purchased, the service is considered "consumed" as you gain immediate access to contact details and premium features.

Therefore, all fees paid for any premium plan or service are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription or if you find a partner before your plan expires.

Trial Period

To ensure you are satisfied with our platform before making a payment, we provide a free basic membership. We encourage all users to:

• Browse the available profiles using our search filters.
• Verify the quality and quantity of matches in your specific community/city.
• Explore the platform features and user interface.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is in the case of duplicate payments. If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method after verification.
